CANCELATION POLICY

We have a flexible cancellation policy, just let us know 24 hours before your arrival date and we can cancel your reservation and refund any advanced payments.

Carnival Cancellation.
For Carnival reservations you can cancel up to 4 weeks before your arrival. No refunds will be issued after this time. Carnival bookings require a 50% prepayment.

Group Bookings, and Reservations over €500.
For bookings of 10 people or more you need to contact us directly by phone or e mail. We reserve the right to refuse stag party bookings and bookings larger than 10 people. For groups of 10 or more and bookings upwards of €500 we reserve the right to charge 50% upon booking.
