CANCELATION POLICY

We have a flexible cancellation policy, just let us know 48 hours before your arrival date and we can cancel your reservation and refund any advanced payments.

Summer Cancellation (June-September)

5 days before your arrival date and we can cancel your reservation and refund any advanced payments.

Carnival Cancellation.
For Carnival reservations you can cancel up to 4 weeks before your arrival. No refunds will be issued after this time. Carnival bookings require a 50% prepayment.

Group Bookings, and Reservations over €500.
For bookings of 10 people or more you need to contact us directly by phone or e mail. We reserve the right to refuse stag party bookings and bookings larger than 10 people. For groups of 10 or more and bookings upwards of €500 we reserve the right to charge 50% upon booking.
