PIRATES

Please be aware that the private rooms in “Pirates” refer to accommodation a building 5 minutes walk from the main Caracol building.

CANCELATION POLICY

We have a flexible cancellation policy, just let us know 24 hours before your arrival date and we can cancel your reservation and refund any advanced payments.

Carnival Cancellation.
For Carnival reservations you can cancel up to 4 weeks before your arrival. No refunds will be issued after this time. Carnival bookings require a 50% prepayment.

Group Bookings, and Reservations over €500.
For bookings of 10 people or more you need to contact us directly by phone or e mail. We reserve the right to refuse stag party bookings and bookings larger than 10 people. For groups of 10 or more and bookings upwards of €500 we reserve the right to charge 50% upon booking.

Invalid cards

If your card is invalid or we are not able to charge 50% we will contact you. If we are unable to resolve the problem we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Group Cancellations. We issue refunds of groups of 10 or more up to one week before the arrival date.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

We have no upper age limit, we welcome young hearted people of all ages. Please be aware that we have no lifts in Caracol or Pirates. Our private rooms in Caracol have mezzanine beds with stairs. Our Roof Top Double and Roof Top Apartment are located on the roof top and as such require climbing stairs.

Minors

We do not accept unaccompanied minors. Parents or guardians traveling with minors are welcome in private rooms. We do not accept minors in dormitory rooms unless you book the whole room for your group.
